Please read these terms carefully before using the Simless app or website.
By downloading the Simless app, creating an account, or making a purchase through the Simless platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users — including the free Crew plan, paid Pro and Captain subscribers, and anyone browsing simless.com.tr.
Simless provides an iOS application and website that enables users to:
Simless is a reseller and technology platform. The underlying eSIM connectivity is provided by third-party carriers including Airalo, Celitech, Mobimatter, GigSky, Simbase, eSIM Go, and eSIM Access. Coverage, speed, and availability depend on those carriers' networks.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@simless.com.tr if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not create accounts using false identities, use another person's account without permission, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or obtain promotional credits fraudulently.
eSIM data plans are sold on a one-time basis unless otherwise stated. Upon successful payment (processed by Paddle), Simless provisions the eSIM through the selected carrier and provides you with a QR code for installation.
Each eSIM QR code is single-use and tied to one device. Once scanned and installed on a device, the QR code cannot be transferred or reinstalled on a different device. It is your responsibility to install the eSIM on the correct device before scanning.
Simless does not guarantee signal strength, speeds, or uninterrupted connectivity. Coverage is determined by the carrier's network in each country. Simless is not liable for coverage gaps, slow speeds, or outages caused by carrier infrastructure.
Data plans expire after the number of days stated at purchase, regardless of how much data has been used. Unused data does not roll over unless explicitly stated in the plan description.
Pro ($9/month) and Captain ($19/month) subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (if the yearly option is selected) via Paddle. Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period.
Where offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing in the app or through Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
Simless may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of the subscription after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for handling VAT, taxes, and payment compliance. The charge on your statement will appear as "Paddle.com" or "Paddle.net".
Simless wallet credits (including referral bonuses) have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Credits expire 12 months after issuance if unused. Credits are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless stated.
The referral program grants credits to both referrer and referee upon the referee's first qualifying purchase. Referral credits may not be earned through self-referral, fake accounts, or any fraudulent means. Simless reserves the right to revoke credits and terminate accounts engaged in referral abuse.

The Simless name, logo, app design, and all related content are owned by Simless Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our brand assets without prior written permission. The app is licensed to you, not sold — you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your personal devices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simless disclaims all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Simless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or connectivity — arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Simless in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
